Our Clinics

Please press the buzzer for Independent Physio Ltd on arrival — your physiotherapist will let you in to have a seat in the waiting area and will meet you at your appointment time.

As you enter the business park, please take the second exit (go straight) from the first little roundabout. At the second little roundabout, please take the third exit (go right) & after the exit please take the first left into ‘Sterling House’.

When you turn left, please follow the car park initially around to the right and then all the way to the rear car park area, where you will find Sterling House. Please press the Freyja Medical buzzer on the door upon arrival.

There is ample free parking available on site. Please enter the clinic, where you will be greeted by the receptionist. If no receptionist is available, please take a seat in the waiting area, and your therapist will see you at your scheduled appointment time.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the receptionist. If the receptionist is unavailable, please enter the clinic and take a seat in the waiting area. Your therapist will meet you at your scheduled appointment time.

There are two allocated parking spaces located in front of the clinic, marked “AMB”. You are welcome to use these spaces. If they are occupied when you arrive, please be patient, as the vehicle(s) will be moved before your appointment time.

Please look for the Mastercall Healthcare signage on the building. There is ample free on-site parking. On arrival, please report to reception and let the staff know you have arrived for your physiotherapy appointment — the reception staff will be happy to help. Your physiotherapist will call you in at your appointment time.
